At Vylorax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Refunds We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vyllorax@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
